Design Rules & Regulations :

• Please send all required design details clearly at the beginning.
• Checking name, phone number, and spelling accuracy is the customer’s responsibility.
• If you want to include a logo or images in the design, please inform us in advance. If you already have a logo, kindly send the logo images. If you need a new logo to be designed, please let us know at the beginning.
• If you have any design concept or sample reference, please inform us in advance.
• Once the design is approved & Send to Print, no further changes will be accepted.
• Kindly note that any delay in design delivery due to power outages, technical issues, or government holidays will not be the responsibility of the management.
• As part of the payment, we will be happy to share Your Design. Once a design is selected, we kindly request you to limit overall corrections to a maximum of three rounds. We request your understanding that additional changes may not be possible, as repeatedly opening and closing the file could affect its accuracy. Sometimes Files will corrupted
• Once the design payment is completed, kindly share your preferred layout details with us. You may refer to our sample or send any business-related card or online reference. Please confirm your requirements clearly at the beginning. We provide a maximum of two design options. If all details are shared correctly at first, we can deliver the design accordingly.
  If you have a specific idea in mind, please let us know and we will design it as per your preference.
• For one design, a Maximum of 3 Overall Revision is allowed.

Print Rules & Regulations :

• The design amount we charge is kept low, considering that the design is intended for printing with us. The actual design cost is higher. If you require only the design without printing, an additional design charge will apply.. Therefore, the original design file will be shared only after the full payment, including the design amount, is completed.
• We kindly request you to note that free delivery is available only within Tamil Nadu, For deliveries to other states such as Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharashtra, and similar regions, additional delivery charges may apply. The charges may vary based on the product, so we kindly request you to enquire at our office for exact details.
• As we offer printing at a lower cost by combining jobs with offset printing, there may be occasional delays. We kindly request your understanding that we cannot be responsible for such delays.
• All our printing services work best with CMYK files. We kindly request your understanding that if designs are provided in RGB format or created using Canva designing tools, the management will not be responsible for any design or color variations that may occur during printing.
• The delivery date we mention may be extended due to weather conditions, government holidays, or other unforeseen reasons. However, we assure you that the order will definitely be dispatched.
• For all items such as synthetic visiting cards, bill books, and office covers, samples are available with us. You may place your order after reviewing the sample photos shared by us.

Shipping & Delivery:

• Free Delivery within Tamil Nadu. Outside Tamil Nadu – Transport Topay charges ₹150 to ₹300 extra.
• Please be informed that doorsteps delivery would be provided based upon the availability location to deliver from our shipping partners.
  We are not fully responsible for any courier or parcel delays, damage or missing (loss); we can only support and assist you.
• Product weight: More than 5 kg will be shipped by parcel service to pay (customer-side parcel collections).
• Our shipping partner is responsible for the delivery date. Only dispatch from our side the product.
